As per reports, in the last 24 hours as of Monday (01 January) at least 136 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Bulgaria, according to the data provided by the Unified Information Portal.
• 792 tests were carried out, which means that the proportion of positive results is 17.2 percent.
• No patients with confirmed COVID-19 infection have died in the last 24 hours.
• 366 people have been admitted to the hospital due to COVID-19, of which thirty-one are in the intensive care unit. There are seven new hospital admissions.
• There are currently 5,595 active cases.
