As per reports, the Fukui Prefectural Expressway Traffic Police had closed the section of Hokuriku Expressway between Imasho IC and Tsuruga IC on the southbound lane at around 1247 hours (local time) on Sunday (08 March) due to a traffic accident.

The restrictions were lifted at around 0940 hours.
