As per reports, a fire broke out on Wednesday (25 February) at a factory located near Murtaza Chowrangi in the Landhi industrial area of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

The fire spread to multiple floors of the factory building. The presence of a large quantity of cooking oil and plastic materials reportedly intensified the blaze, making firefighting efforts challenging. No casualties have been reported yet.

• An emergency was declared at the Landhi hydrant, and the Karachi Water Corporation dispatched multiple water tankers to ensure uninterrupted water supply during firefighting operations.
