Uzhydromet has forecast changeable weather conditions across Uzbekistan on Thursday (19 February), with no significant precipitation expected nationwide.

• Dry and stable conditions are expected across Tashkent City, with light easterly winds of 3 to 8 meters per second. Overnight temperatures are forecast between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius, rising to 20 to 22 degrees Celsius during the day.
• Across the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm Region, as well as Bukhara and Navoi Regions, dry conditions are expected, with fog possible in isolated areas. Easterly winds are forecast at 7 to 12 meters per second, strengthening in some locations to 13 to 18 meters per second, and at times reaching 20 to 23 meters per second. Nighttime temperatures are expected between 3 and 13 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs ranging from 15 to 25 degrees Celsius depending on the region.
• Similar dry and occasionally foggy conditions are expected across Tashkent, Sirdaryo, Jizzakh, and Samarkand Regions, as well as Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya Regions, with easterly winds generally between 7 and 12 meters per second, locally increasing to 13 to 18 meters per second. Temperatures in these regions are forecast between 8 and 13 degrees Celsius overnight and 20 to 25 degrees Celsius during the day.
• In the Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana Regions, changeable and dry weather is expected, with fog possible in some areas. Easterly winds are forecast at 5 to 10 meters per second, with overnight temperatures between 5 and 10 degrees Celsius and daytime highs of 16 to 21 degrees Celsius.
• In the mountainous regions of the republic, dry but variable conditions are expected, with fog possible in some areas and a risk of localized flash floods. Easterly winds will generally range from 7 to 12 meters per second, locally increasing to 13 to 18 meters per second. Temperatures are forecast between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius at night and 10 to 15 degrees Celsius during the day.
