As per reports, the Nainital and Uttarkashi courts received bomb threats via email on Monday (16 February), warning of RDX presence on court premises.

• Nainital court received an email that claimed that 12 RDX based improved explosive devices (IED) were planted on court premises and would go off at 1215 hours (local time).
• Both courts were immediately evacuated while police and security agencies were put on high alert.
• No suspicious objects have been found yet.
