As per reports, the National Weather Service (NWS) in State College has issued a Cold Weather Advisory for Cambria and Somerset counties, effective from 1900 hours (local time) on Sunday (01 February), until 1000 hours (local time) on Monday (02 February).

Wind chills are expected to drop as low as -26 celsius.
