As per reports, the Bogor City Transportation Owners and Drivers Communication Forum began a demonstration around 0900 hours (local time) on Thursday (22 January) in front of the Bogor City Hall building, to protest against the policy of limiting the operation of public transportation vehicles aged over 20 years, which came into effect this year.

• The Bogor City Police predicted traffic congestion from Jalan Otista to Jalan Ir. H. Juanda, and issued the following traffic diversions:
• From BTM towards City Hall if there is a road closure, vehicles can travel via Paledang.
• Vehicles from SMA 1 can turn left towards Jalan Kapten Muslihat.
• Vehicles from the direction of Jakarta are advised to use the Bogor Outer Ring Road (BORR) to avoid potential congestion from the Kujang Monument to the City Hall area.
