As per reports, a traffic reorganization plan has been announced by the Hanoi Department of Construction at the La Thanh-Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection to facilitate overpass construction. From Sunday (25 January) to Tuesday (28 April), cars will be restricted from travelling along La Thanh Street in the direction from La Thanh towards Voi Phuc.

During the restriction period, vehicles are required to use alternative routes, including Nguyen Chi Thanh–Huynh Thuc Khang–Voi Phuc–La Thanh, Nguyen Chi Thanh–Chua Lang–Huynh Thuc Khang–Voi Phuc–La Thanh, and Nguyen Chi Thanh–Dao Tan–Ring Road 2 (lower section)–Cau Giay Street–La Thanh. Relevant authorities have been tasked with adjusting traffic signs, road markings, and signal systems in line with the revised traffic organization plan.
