As per reports, the National Citizen Party (NCP) has warned of legal actions and protests if Bangladesh’s Election Commission (EC) validates nominations of loan defaulters or dual citizens ahead of the 13th parliamentary elections on 12 February.

On Sunday (18 January), the Election Commission will hold the final day of appeal hearings on nomination validations for the 13th parliamentary elections.
