As per reports, a traffic accident occurred on the Pemalang-Batang Toll Road at KM 319+800 B (Semarang-Jakarta direction) on Wednesday (31 December), involving an SUV and a box truck.

The incident, reportedly caused by a driver’s microsleep during light rain, resulted in one fatality and three injuries. All victims were evacuated to Siaga Medika Hospital in Pemalang.
