The Central Weather Administration (CWA) has issued a yellow strong wind advisory for multiple counties across Taiwan from Saturday night (06 December) to Sunday morning (07 December). The following are the additional details:

• Yellow strong wind conditions are expected across Pingtung County, Taitung County and Penghu County, where daily strong winds may reach level 6, with gusts reaching level 8.
• The advisory indicates that strong or gale-force winds are observed or expected, corresponding to ten-minute average wind speeds exceeding 10.8 meters per second, or gusts exceeding 17.2 meters per second. These winds may produce flying debris from trees, affect unstable structures or fixtures, and pose risks to outdoor workers.
