As per reports, the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission has issued a travel ban for all high-profile vehicles across the entire 241-mile Ohio Turnpike due to expected high winds, rain, and snow in northern Ohio for Wednesday (26 November) and Thursday (27 November).

• The restriction is in effect from 0800 hours local time (1300 hours UTC) on Wednesday (26 November) to 2359 hours local time (0459 hours UTC on 28 November) on Thursday (27 November).
• All high-profile tow-behind trailers, campers, boats, and enclosed trailers (except fifth-wheel trailers), along with commercial trucks towing an empty single 53-foot trailer, are prohibited from traveling on the Ohio Turnpike during the restriction. The ban also applies to all mobile homes, office trailers, livestock trailers, long combination vehicles (LCVs) exceeding 90 feet in length using enclosed trailers such as Conestoga types, all LCV triple-trailer combinations, two-axle buses longer than 40 feet, and buses with three or more axles that exceed 45 feet in length.
• Self-propelled motor homes, low-profile trailers, fold-down camper trailers, and pickup trucks fitted with slide-on camper units are permitted to travel on the Ohio Turnpike during the restriction. Travel is also allowed for passenger vehicles or pickup trucks towing fifth-wheel or other trailer types, commercial trucks towing single flatbed or box-type trailers, commercial trucks towing a loaded 53-foot trailer, and commercial trucks towing car hauler trailers. Commercial trucks towing flatbed double-trailer combinations over 90 feet, as well as those towing double-trailer combinations under 90 feet, may also operate. Two-axle buses under 40 feet and buses with three or more axles under 45 feet are likewise permitted.
