As per reports, the Giza Governorate has announced a complete closure of the 26th of July Axis extension road in front of Nile University, Giza on Friday (21 November), from 0100 hours local time to 0900 hours local time (2300 hours UTC to 0700 hours UTC).

• The scheduled closure is to facilitate lifting works related to the pedestrian bridge installation for the Nile University Monorail Station, part of the monorail project.
• Traffic is scheduled to be fully suspended in the direction coming from the Oasis Road toward the 26th of July Axis and a temporary diversion route using a newly created U-turn opening has been arranged by the Giza Traffic Department.
