As per reports, hundreds of Gresik residents under the movement Gembala Geni staged a protest at the Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate (JIIPE) on Wednesday (19 November), demanding transparency in the company’s recruitment system.

The protesters gathered at the JIIPE gate, demanding that the local residents should be prioritized for thousands of available jobs within the industrial zone.
