As per reports, varying weather conditions are expected across the Philippines due to the combined influence of the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), Shear Line, Easterlies, and the Northeast Monsoon.
• Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected over Mindanao and Palawan, driven by the ITCZ. Similar conditions are forecast over Cagayan and Isabela, where the Shear Line may bring scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms. Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are also likely across Eastern Visayas, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon due to prevailing easterlies.
• Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are expected over the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley, influenced by the Northeast Monsoon, with minimal expected disruption.
• Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms associated with easterlies.
