As per reports, Sound Transit is conducting planned rail repairs on Sunday (16 November) in downtown Seattle. Sound Transit scheduled a full-day closure to replace a damaged segment. The affected area includes five stations: Westlake, Symphony, Pioneer Square, International District/Chinatown, and Stadium.
The closure is expected to begin at 1000 hours local time on Sunday (16 November) and remain in place for the entire operational day. Shuttle buses are expected to run every 10 to 15 minutes between Capitol Hill and SODO stations. The shuttles are scheduled to stop at street level near each closed station. Regular bus routes remain available for faster bypass options.
• Train service is expected to operate normally between Lynnwood and Capitol Hill, and between SODO and Angle Lake.
