As per reports, following are the latest updates on Thailand-Cambodia border tensions as of Thursday (13 November):

• Prime Minister Hun Manet has called for an independent investigation into the Thai military’s attacks on Cambodian civilians, urging the involvement of foreign experts to uncover the truth and deliver justice to the victims.
• The Premier made the appeal via his official social media platform on Wednesday (12 November), strongly condemning the use of violence by the Thai side against innocent Cambodian civilians in Prey Chan village.
• At the same time, the Prime Minister instructed local authorities and relevant forces to take urgent measures to ensure the safety and protection of the citizens.
