As per reports, an emergency water outage was declared on Sunday (21 September) on Fitch Street SE in Washington, DC, between 51st Street and 53rd Street, following the shutdown of an eight-inch water main by DC Water.

The closure impacts 18 apartment buildings and 3 fire hydrants.
