Multiple anti-corruption rallies scheduled across the Philippines on Sunday (21 September)

As per reports, the following anti-corruption rallies are scheduled across the Philippines on Sunday (21 September):

• Catbalogan City: The Waray Na group will hold a Holy Mass at 1500 hours (local time) at the St. Bartholomew Parish followed by a solidarity walk from St. Bartholomew to the Seaside at 1600 hours and lastly, a program to sign the Youth Covenant against Corruption at 1700 hours.
• Iloilo City: The Western Visayas Youth and Students Alliance will hold a mass at 0700 hours at the Jaro Cathedral followed by a march from the cathedral to the Capitol at 1500 hours and lastly, a concert against corruption at 1700 hours.
• Cagayan De Oro City:

– A multisectoral rally will be led by Archbishop Jose Cabantan, and include leaders from the Iglesia Filipina Independiente and United Church of Christ of the Philippines. The rally will commence at Gaston Park on Sunday (21 September) morning and conclude at De Lara Park at the Misamis Oriental Provincial Capitol.
– The Councilor, Joylen Mercedes Balaba, leader of the pro-Duterte loyalists, will start a motorcade around the city with the end point being the amphitheatre in downtown Divisoria.
