As per the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the low-pressure area (LPA) being monitored inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) dissipated on Thursday (11 September) at around 0200 hours.
• Pagasa has stated that the easterlies, or the warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, are expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over the following areas: Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque.
• Metro Manila, Visayas, and the rest of Luzon are expected to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, also due to the easterlies.
• As for Mindanao, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are likewise forecast to persist due to the localized thunderstorms.
