As per reports, Governor of North Kordofan state, issued Emergency Order No. (6) of 2025, amending Emergency Order No. (5) concerning the state-wide curfew, on Tuesday (09 September).

• The revised curfew hours are reportedly set from 2030 hours local time (1830 hours UTC) to 0500 hours local time (0300 hours UTC), replacing the earlier 1800 hours local time (1600 hours UTC). Exceptions are allowed only in cases of urgent necessity.
• Penalties for violations involve fine of 1,000,000 Sudanese pounds or imprisonment for up to one month, or both, in case of first violation.
• Penalties for violations involve Fine of 3,000,000 pounds or imprisonment for up to two months, or both, in case of repeated violation.
• The governor instructed security services, local executive authorities, and relevant agencies to enforce the order.
