As per reports, a partial strike at Terminal XXI of the Port of Sines in the district of Setúbal is scheduled between 22 September and 26 September.
• The strike is scheduled to cover four hours per shift, totalling 12 hours of work stoppage per day.
• This is the third strike at the terminal since May, primarily aimed at improving working conditions, including career progression and work schedules.
• The Union of Industries, Energy, Services and Water of Portugal (SIEAP) stated that the strike is a response to what it described as a refusal by the administration to engage in meaningful dialogue.
