As per reports, Fridays for Future activists are scheduled to hold protests in Vienna, including outside the Austrian People’s Party (ÖVP) headquarters, on Friday (12 September) at 1100 hours local time.

The demonstrations are intended to denounce Austria’s wavering support for the proposed EU 2040 climate target.
