As per reports, the inaugural Hot Air Balloon World Championship is scheduled to take place in Yguazú, Alto Paraná Department, Paraguay, from Thursday (28 August) to Sunday (31 August).

The event will feature international competitors, exhibitions, tethered balloon rides, and cultural programming, alongside the Expo Yguazú. Authorities expect significant tourist inflows and large gatherings throughout the four-day program.
