As per reports, the Media Workers’ Trade Union Federation and the Young Journalists’ Association will stage a protest at the Parliament Square in Colombo at 0900 hours (local time) on Friday (22 August), to demand an end to the intimidation of Kumanan and journalists in the North and East provinces.
