As per reports, multiple events are scheduled in Constanța on Friday (15 August) for Romanian Navy Day, including naval exercises, concerts, fireworks, and a torchlight retreat along the seafront, with related road and maritime restrictions in place.

• A joint naval exercise “Romanian Naval Forces 2025” is scheduled from 1000 hours to 1230 hours (local time) along the Constanța seafront maritime district
• A concert by Corina Sîrghi and the Toma Dimitriu Group is scheduled from 1900 hours to 2000 hours (local time) and again from 2100 to 2200 hours (local time) at the Casino seafront.
• A torchlight retreat is scheduled from 2000 hours to 2100 hours (local time) along the Constanța waterfront and Ovidiu Square, accompanied by the Naval Forces Military Band.
• Traffic restrictions will affect central and port-adjacent streets, with parking prohibited on Termele Romane Street (Gate 1 – Strada Revoluția din 22 Decembrie 1989) and Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta (Strada Revoluția din 22 Decembrie 1989 – Farul Genovez).
