As per reports, a fresh encounter broke out on Sunday (10 August) between security forces and terrorists in the Dool area of Kishtwar district, Jammu and Kashmir. Contact was established with terrorists earlier on Sunday (10 August) morning when Army troops were carrying out an intelligence based operation.
