As per reports, on Thursday (31 July) and Friday (01 August), large parts of Mexico will face severe weather, including intense rainfall across the southern and Pacific coastal states and extreme heat in the north.
• On Thursday (31 July), very heavy rainfall is expected in Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, Michoacán, and Guerrero, with high waves up to 3 meters along the Pacific coast from Baja California Sur to Chiapas and wind gusts near 60 Kilometres per hour in coastal and mountainous zones.
• On Friday (01 August), rainfall to continue in Veracruz, Oaxaca, Puebla, and Sinaloa, alongside strong coastal winds, hazardous marine conditions, and localized dust storms reducing visibility in Sonora and Chihuahua.
