According to reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold road show in Trichy on Sunday (27 July) morning. The route will cover Court Yard Marriott Hotel, Major Saravanan Roundabout, MGR Statue, Court, Bharathidasan Road, Head Post Office, Good Shed Bridge, TVS Tollgate, Pudukottai Road and Trichy Airport.

On Sunday (27 July), at about 1130 hours, the Prime Minister Modi will depart from Trichy Airport by helicopter for Gangaikonda Cholapuram in Ariyalur district.

• After landing at the makeshift helipad in the Ponneri area, adjacent to the bypass road in Gangaikonda Cholapuram, the Prime Minister will conduct an additional one km roadshow leading to the Gangaikonda Cholapuram Temple, the venue for the main event.
• After attending the Adi Thiruvaathirai fest in Ariyalur temple, he would return to Trichy and leave for New Delhi.
