As per reports, approximately one hundred farmers convened in Toulouse in support of the Duplomb law on Tuesday (22 July).
• The demonstration involved the spread of manure, agricultural waste, wool, and the throwing of eggs onto the offices of the EELV (Les Écologistes – Europe Écologie Les Verts) environmentalist party.
• Participants in the protest originated from several departments including Tarn, Gers, Tarn-et-Garonne, Haute-Garonne, Ariège, and Hérault, acting under the coordination of the Rural Coordination organization.
• The action was specifically directed at denouncing a petition, which has garnered over 1.7 million signatures, advocating for the repeal of the Duplomb law.
