As per reports, on Saturday (28 June), a Yak-18T light aircraft crashed near the village of Panovo, approximately eight kilometers (km) southwest of Kolomna in Moscow Oblast (region). The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Moscow Region confirmed the deaths of all four individuals on board.

The aircraft reportedly caught fire following the crash, with the blaze affecting an area of approximately five square metres. Emergency services responded promptly and extinguished the fire by 1410 hours on Saturday (28 June).
