As per reports, a protest took place in front of the Irish Parliament (Dáil Éireann) on Tuesday afternoon (17 June). The protest was organised by the Raise the Roof coalition, which called for urgent action from the Irish Government to address high rents, housing shortages, evictions, and rising homelessness.
Protesters held banners and signs, and speeches were delivered by representatives of unions, political groups, MPs, and housing advocates, criticising government policy and urging legislative change.
