As per reports, the 2025 BTN Jakarta International Marathon (BTN JAKIM) is scheduled on 29 June. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency will close around 32 roads during the event.
The marathon start line will be at the Monas intersection while the finish line will be inside the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Main Stadium in Senayan. Road closures will be carried out from 0330 to 1130 hours Western Indonesian Time (WIB), along with police coordination.
• The 32 roads that will be closed during the implementation of BTN JAKIM 2025 are as follows:

– Intersection of Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan-Jalan Thamrin, East side
– Intersection of Jalan Kebon Sirih-Jalan Thamrin, East side

– Intersection of Jalan Agus Salim-Jalan Imam Bonjol

• The Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency has stated that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has prepared 31 alternative routes for people who need road access around the marathon route, so that traffic is guaranteed to continue running smoothly.
• The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will ensure that public transportation such as Transjakarta, MRT, and LRT will continue to operate, although there are a number of Transjakarta routes that will be diverted.
• The marathon event is likely to be attended by around 30,000 participants from 52 countries.
