As per reports, the Sudanese Armed Forces announced that a strategic drone supplied by the UAE to the Al-Dagalo militia in El Obeid targeted the Grand Market, the industrial zone, and other civilian facilities on Thursday (05 June) evening.

• The event resulted in the death of five civilians and wounded others with varying degrees of injury.
• The Armed Forces strongly condemned the attack.
