As per reports, updates on the Ukraine-Russia crisis as of Wednesday (04 June) are as follows:
• Ukrainian President Volodymir Zelensky stated that he expects more prisoners of war will be exchanged with Russia following Monday’s (02 June) round of peace talks in Istanbul.
• Russia stated that they’ve agreed to return the remains of 6000 soldiers and offered a two to three day ceasefire on certain parts of the frontline to facilitate the collection of the bodies.
• Ukraine, on Tuesday (03 June), detonated an underwater blast that severely damaged the base of pylons holding up the illegally built Kerch Bridge, which connects the Russian-occupied Crimean peninsula of Ukraine to Russia.
• A Russian attack killed at least four people and wounded 25 in the north-eastern Ukrainian city of Sumy on Tuesday (03 June). Russia also fired rocket artillery at Chystovodivka village in the Kharkiv region, killing two people and injuring three others.
