As per reports, the Slovenský hydrometeorologický ústav (SHMÚ – Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute) has issued Level 1 warnings for frost. Temperatures across Slovakia may drop to between minus one and minus five degrees Celsius on Wednesday (09 April) morning.

The regions affected by frost during the growing season are Bratislava, Banská Bystrica, Trenčín, Košice, Nitra, Trnava, Prešov, and Žilina.
