As per reports, a severed cable caused IT and telephone disruptions in healthcare services in Östergötland, Sweden on Monday (31 March).

• The disruption affected Vrinnevisjukhuset, local health centers, and Folktandvården in the eastern part of the region.
• Manual backup procedures were implemented during the outage.
• The issue was resolved by 1730 hours local time, and normal operations resumed.
