The National Center for Seismology informed that an earthquake of magnitude 7.2 has been reported in Myanmar with a depth of 10 km on Friday (28 March) at 1150 hours (local time).

The epicenter of the earthquake has been in central Myanmar, about 50 kilometers (30 miles) east of the city of Monywa.
