According to reports the members of the Jammu and Kashmir Handicapped Association staged a protest near the Press Club in Srinagar on Sunday (23 February). They alleged that no government has improved the living standards of the disabled.

Police have detained several protestors and members of the Handicapped Association present at the protest site.
