As per reports, workers of the ‘Two-Pass Dresses’ garment factory owned by the Usman Group had blocked the Maona-Kaliakoir regional road in Sreepur, Gazipur, demanding salary and allowances, on Sunday (23 February).

• As of Sunday (23 February) evening, several thousand workers had gathered on the roads and were demonstrating.
• Heavy traffic congestion was reported on the impacted regional roads.
