As per reports, the National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for parts of Lewis County, New York, until 0700 hours (local time) on Friday (24 January).

• Lake effect snowfall is expected, with additional accumulations of three to six inches in areas experiencing heavy lake snowfall.
• The advisory includes the city of Lowville.
