As per reports, several areas in Victoria have been affected by bushfires on Saturday (16 November). Vic Emergency has issued warnings in the impacted areas.

• Residents in Crowes have been urged to leave the area immediately, after a bushfire that started on Lavers Hill-Cobden Road, Chapple Vale got out of control.
• Residents and visitors to Gellibrand and Kawarren have been also been urged to leave after a bushfire at Railway Line Road in Kawarren.
• A widened watch-and-act alert is in place for Crowes, Johanna Heights, Wangerrip, Yuulong and Graham Junction in south-west Victoria.
• A bushfire at Lavers Hill-Cobden Road at Chapple Vale is not yet under control and people in the area have been asked to evacuate.
• Residents in Chetwynd and Connewirricoo have been urged to leave immediately, using Casterton-Edenhope Road to evacuate towards Casterton.
• An emergency relief shelter is now open in Edenhope at the community centre on Elizabeth Street.
• The Country Fire Authority (CFA) has declared a total fire ban for Sunday (17 November) in the Wimmera as well as the Mallee as several fires burn out of control across the state.
