As per reports, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has fired Defense Minister, Yoav Gallant, and appointed Foreign Minister Israel Katz to succeed him, on Tuesday (05 November).

• This move comes after the Prime Minister stated his lack of confidence in Yoav Gallant’s managements of Israel’s ongoing wars in Gaza and Lebanon.
• Gideon Saar has been appointed as the new Foreign Minister.
• Hundreds of people have gathered on the streets of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv to protest against the termination of Yoav Gallant as of Tuesday (05 November) night.
