The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued yellow alerts for heavy rainfall, thunderstorm and lightning in all the districts of West Bengal on Thursday (25 September).

As per the IMD nowcast, valid till 2359 hours on Wednesday (24 September), yellow alerts for heavy rainfall, thunderstorm and lightning have been issued in all the districts including Kolkata, South 24 Parganas, North 24 Parganas, Kalimpong, Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri.
