As per reports, as of 2100 hours (local time) on Saturday (14 September), the center of Tropical Storm Ileana was situated on land, 10 kilometers southeast of Topolobampo and 35 kilometers south of Los Mochis, both located in Sinaloa.

• The storm had maximum sustained winds of 75 kilometers per hour, with gusts reaching 95 kilometers per hour, and was moving north at 4 kilometers per hour. The system is anticipated to continue weakening in the coming hours, through Sunday (15 September).
• The circulation of the storm is anticipated to bring very heavy rainfall ranging from 150 to 250 millimeters to southern Sonora and northern Sinaloa. Additionally, heavy rainfall of 50 to 75 millimeters is expected in Baja California Sur, Chihuahua, and Durango during the night on Sunday (15 September).
• The center of the storm is forecast to move near or over the coasts of northern Sinaloa and southern Sonora on Saturday (14 September), and then move over the Gulf of California roughly parallel to the coast on Sunday (15 September).
• Winds with gusts ranging from 60 to 80 kilometers per hour and waves reaching heights of one to three meters are anticipated along the eastern coast of Baja California Sur, the northern coast of Sinaloa, and the southern coast of Sonora.
