As per reports, a low-pressure system is expected to bring significant rainfall to Oman from Monday (19 August) to Wednesday (21 August).

• Most of Oman is expected to experience increased cloud cover.
• Isolated rainfall is likely across the country, with heavier rainfall and thunderstorms expected in South Al Sharqiyah, Al Wusta, Dhofar, parts of Muscat, and the Al Hajar Mountains.
