As per reports, the UK National Police Chiefs’ Council stated that 1024 people had been arrested, and 575 others had been convicted for crimes in connection with the riots involving violence, arson, looting and racist attacks which took place over the last two weeks in Britain, as announced on Tuesday (13 August).
