As per reports, National Weather Services (NWS) has issued a flood advisory for parts of North Carolina on Sunday (04 August).

• A part of central North Carolina, including Wake counties, is expected to be affected by the heavy rainfall.
• At 1842 (local time), Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall resulting from thunderstorms. Minor flooding is occurring or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rainfall have been reported.
• Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected in the area, likely leading to minor flooding. Locations anticipated to experience flooding include Raleigh, Cary, and Garner.
• The advisory will remain in place until 2045 hours (local time) on Sunday (04 August).
