As per reports, the Tamil Nadu unit of the Indian National Congress (INC) will stage a demonstration in Chennai condemning the Union Government for allegedly ignoring Tamil Nadu in the Union Budget 2024. Tamil Nadu Congress Committee President K. Selvaperunthagai announced that INC workers will march to the Head Post Office at Anna Salai to protest.
