As per reports, heavy rainfall has been recorded in parts of Pune on Thursday (09 May). Flooding has been reported due to heavy rainfall in the Katraj Ghat area leading to travel disruptions on the highway. Additionally, rainfall has also been reported in Warje, Sinhagad Road and Lohegaon.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued yellow warning for thunderstorms and lightning for Pune on Thursday (09 May).
